Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. To obtain full credit, item must be in original packaging with all contents and no damages. Damaged or missing items will result in a 10% restocking fee. If damages and/or missing items exceed 50% of products value, then no refund will be giving. Damaged Goods: In he event that your item arrives to you damaged, you must notify us with in 24 hrs. If the damaged is incurred during shipping, then a shipping claim must be filed. If damage was not caused by shipping, then it is up to the discretion of Peek-A-Boo 4-U to determine a solution to the problem. Solutions can be anything from replacement of items or swapping items, to sending a replacement part, or having it returned for repair. If notification of damage exceeds 72 hrs (3 business days). Notification must be made by email or in writing. Warranties: All products are not guaranteed to have a warranty associated with them. Products that have warranty will state so in the descriptions. Some products have a manufactured warranty and others Peek-A-Boo 4-U honors a warranty. Please contact us if you have questions in regards to your warranty. All products are guaranteed arrive to you in the same condition as described. Shipping: Shipping is generally done through USPS priority mail for smaller packages., and larger packages through UPS. However, at the time of purchase, you can specify which shipping method you would prefer and the rates for each. For international shipping, you will my need to email us for a shipping quote. Payment: This site uses Paypal secure shopping cart. Payments must be received prior to any product shipping, and can be made by Paypal, COD., Money order, check, or CC.
